I finally jumped! Hello, my name is Iris Minor-Hayes and I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. As a Tampa native , I attended local schools and received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa in Business Management.
For years I’ve worked in the health care field, but I always found myself helping friends and family find venues for special occasions and events. I guess you can say my love for decorating my home for holiday events, and helping those around me plan, and decorate their events became my passion. Yet in my years of renting various venues, I always felt the cost was too expensive for the time, space and/or service that I received.
For years I dreamed of owning my very own venue, but like many others, procrastination had a ‘hold’ on my dreams. Thankfully those dreams were watered and inspired through my faith in God, and encouragement from my family and friends. My dream was born in May 2017 and I’m proud to present to you, A Level Up Rental Hall, where we provide five-star VIP service, all at an affordable price.
